I only do a few weddings in a year. This is deliberate, and is designed to keep my clients' images fresh. I believe that my clients should enjoy their day and not feel that the photographer "took over". My role is to provide a story book of the day's events, from the preparations, to the reception and beyond. I like to use a classical approach when needed, and an informal, candid approach for the rest of the time. My work is often a mixture of reportage and traditional wedding photography.

My wedding photography coverage does not follow a formula. I will take into account your personality, as well as the surroundings, to guide my approach.

Most of my packages include a pre-wedding, or engagement shoot, taken up to six weeks before the wedding day. This takes a couple of hours and is a great way to get used to the idea of having your photograph taken. It helps build a rapport and captures some of those more private, relaxed moments together.

On the day itself, how much you use me is up to you.
